By placing a bid on this motorcycle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above described bike.   We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale.  Buyer to pay $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of auction close.  Payment accepted in the form of a Cashier/Certified check.  Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer, however, we will gladly assist with arrangements, if requested. 

Please understand that you are bidding on a Pre-Owned bike.  All Pre-Owned bikes may or may not have chips, scratches, dents, or imperfections that are a result of normal everyday use.  We do our very best to represent this bike and every item we offer on EBay, as precisely and accurately as possible.  We do this by description, by offering detailed pictures, and in many cases thru personal phone contact. However, we very strongly recommend that if you are seriously interested in purchasing one of our items and cannot personally inspect it, that you retain the services of an impartial third party to inspect it for you.  It is our goal for every buyer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
